NTU COOL 協助師生更有效率地處理課程加簽事務本學期因應 COVID-19 疫情，開學後前三週採全面遠距教學，然而這段時間也正好是課程加退選的時間，NTU COOL 將推出「選課意願登記」、以及「寄送授權碼」功能，協助教師和學生有效率地處理課程加簽事務。

選擇是否開放自己的課程讓學生藉由NTU COOL進行選課意願登記

下載意願登記名單，內容包括學生姓名、系級、email、選課理由、登記時間

學生可以做什麼：

針對教師開放意願登記的課程，登記選課意願與書寫選課理由

教師可以做什麼：

批次輸入加簽授權碼與同意加簽之學生email，NTU COOL 即可協助您個別發送加簽授權碼的通知信件給學生，且將信件副本給您。

未使用選課意願登記功能之教師亦可使用本功能。
特別注意：

NTU COOL 僅協助進行選課意願登記以及發送授權碼，教師需自行至選課人數查詢系統下載授權碼，而學生取得授權碼後，仍需至選課系統進行加選，以完成正式選課程序。

即使教師未使用 NTU COOL 開設課程，亦可登入 NTU COOL 使用選課意願登記與寄送授權碼之功能。
最後，教師若希望暫時將 NTU COOL 課程設為公開，讓尚未選到課的學生亦可進入課程網頁、獲得重要訊息，可將課程可見性設為公開，詳細操作手冊與使用說明請看這裡。

Let NTU COOL Help You with Course Registration and Permission Number Distribution
Given the current pandemic situation, all classes are required to move online for the first three weeks of this semester. To help teachers and students deal with course registration, two features will be released on Sep. 17 and 22 respectively.
Willingness Registration for Course Enrollment

Released by 8:00 a.m. on Sep. 17.

What can a teacher do with this feature:
-
Open his/her courses for students to register their enrollment willingness

Download the excel file of the registration list. On the list are students’ names, department information, email addresses, reasons for enrollment, and registration time.

What can a student do with this feature
-
Register the willingness for course enrollment
Send Permission Numbers

Released by 8:00 a.m. on Sep. 22.

What can a teacher do with this feature:
-
Enter a batch of permission numbers and students’ email addresses, and NTU COOL will send an email to each student respectively to give him/her the permission number.

You can use this feature independently from the first one.
Attention:
-
NTU COOL only helps collect students’ willingness and distribute the permission numbers. Teachers need to download the file of permission numbers beforehand, and students need to go to the online course selection system and add the course with the permission number.

These two features are available to teachers who don’t build any course on NTU COOL.
While all classes are required to move online for the first three weeks of this semester, if you wish to temporarily open your course page on NTU COOL to those who haven’t enrolled, you can set the visibility options to “Public.” Please read this page for detailed instructions.
